Matias Kaila (35), M. Sc. Econ, has been appointed Director for Fund Investments at Tesi as of August 2017. He will be a member of the Management Team and report to CEO Jan Sasse.
Matias Kaila joins Tesi from Danske Bank, where he has been responsible for leveraged finance in Finland. Prior to that, he has worked at Eläke-Tapiola (Elo), responsible for private equity investments and corporate finance.
“Matias Kaila has broad experience and a strong track record in private equity and corporate finance. His background complements Tesi’s professional and skilled fund investment team very well”, says Jan Sasse.

Jussi Hattula (48), M .Sc. (Tech), has been appointed Director for Growth Capital and Industrial Investments at Tesi as of 1 August 2017. He will be a member of the Management Team and report to CEO Jan Sasse.
Jussi Hattula has a strong background in venture capital and private equity. He has worked at Tesi for nine years in various roles. Before that he worked for many years at Sonera and Eqvitec.
